Harmonious
Nature
‘Harmonious Nature’ is Heather’s original philosophy and the name of her first non-fiction book.
Following an eight-step methodology, Harmonious Nature is a journey back into the arms of Mother Earth: guiding us to remember, honour, and embrace the wisdom of nature so we can restore balance to our souls and the world.
Heather’s own personal quest to return to her roots is interwoven with practical wisdom and lessons from nature to create an uplifting yet grounded personal growth book.
